Hip Hop dance is street style inspired movement focusing on basic foundations such as: popping, locking, floor work, waving, animation & much more. Your child/teen will learn how to creatively express themselves through dance & different genres of music. Taught by Ms. Cari da RAGE with over 18 yrs of experience!
BOOT CAMP BEATS
JA group fitness class combined with strength and cardio exercises for a full body burn. Clarybelle will help you tone up while burning calories through different challenges. This class uses natural body weight, free weights & resistance bands while squatting to yiur favorite beats!
