ZUMBA is a Latin rhythms based- dance cardio class for all fitness levels. We guarantee to make you sweat after the 3rd song! Check out Nana for spicey sass & Ms. Cari for dance basics w/ toning... All choreography is fun and for any fitness level.

Hip Hop dance is street style inspired movement focusing on basic foundations such as: popping, locking, floor work, waving, animation & much more. Your child/teen will learn how to creatively express themselves through dance & different genres of music. Taught by Ms. Cari da RAGE with over 18 yrs of experience!

BOOT CAMP BEATS

JA group fitness class combined with strength and cardio exercises for a full body burn. Clarybelle will help you tone up while burning calories through different challenges. This class uses natural body weight, free weights & resistance bands while squatting to yiur favorite beats!

MIXXEDFIT

A people-inspired fitness program mixing explosive dancing with boot camp toning. Nana will have you feeling like you're in a Hip Hop video!
